Usage

biomarker_evidence

Format

A named list with three character vectors:

  • types - Biomarker evidence types (e.g. "predictive", "prognostic")

  • levels - Evidence strength levels (e.g. "A: Validated", "B: Clinical evidence")

  • clinical_significance - Clinical significance categories (e.g. "Sensitivity/Response")
