Function that initiates PCGR/CPSR report object
Usage
init_report(yaml_fname = NULL, report_mode = "PCGR")
Arguments
- yaml_fname
Yaml file with configuration settings and paths
to annotated molecular datasets
- report_mode
Type of report ('PCGR' or 'CPSR')
